Personal Project - Bun

I've been working a lot more on my personal project, Bun. She's a character I made in 2009 and for the longest time I never felt comfortable or confident in sharing more about it online. I also never felt ready to develop things further, but this year I've explored a lot more and put in effort to make more art, concepts etc because this project is very dear to me.

The first image is a rough illustration I made just to get an idea of how I want the characters, style and world to look like. I'm still experimenting so this isn't really what I'm looking for. You can view the process with themed music on youtube: https://youtu.be/roGgYInZXww

I've also added the base sketch, some recent concepts I made for Bun's outfit and a small expression sheet. Plus some bird studies I did not long ago :D
